Products
George Leigh & Co. specializes in authentic antique, vintage, and collectible items. Due to the age and unique nature of these pieces:
- Each item is sold as is.
- Signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, and imperfections should be expected and are considered part of the item’s character.
- We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device.
Please read descriptions carefully and review all photographs before purchasing.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Because many items are one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed until your order has been completed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other unforeseen circumstance. Any payment received for an unavailable item will be refunded.
Payment
We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout and available payment methods, including Shop Pay where applicable.
Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping
We carefully package every order using appropriate packing materials to help ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage merchandise, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or normal age-related characteristics that have been disclosed.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a shipping insurance claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Leigh & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
